Smooth process and excellent service.

The rental company staff were very nice.

Car was great, fast service, but the customer service at the pickup lacked friendliness and warmth. Appreciate not being upsold.

Arrived around 7:00PM on a Saturday. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but kept getting distracted by phone calls because he was the only one at the counter. When we finished our check-in, he ran all the way through the lot to pull our car up. I could tell that he felt badly that it took so long - not his fault. Excellent service on his part.

Worked as expected.

A bit upset that we didn't get the car we booked or anything close to it. I needed a car with a secure trunk that locks so that we can store our luggage in there without worrying about someone breaking the window to steal our items.

Rental place took forever to get to, took a long time once there, staff was NOT customer service oriented and car didn’t have working A/C! Will never used them again.
