Later, QEEQ informed me that according to the terms and conditions, the fee for returning the car at a different location cannot be refunded. Everything else was fine.

The counter staff took it personally that I declined to take €84 extra smart cover for damage insurance and chose a €1050 deposit instead. She was very rude with me (Mariana Teresita Di Stasio) when the bank declined my first attempt at paying the €1050 deposit. Eventually we were successful but she really pushed for me to pay an extra damage waiver and was unpleasant. Talking about me to her colleagues in Spanish almost as if I was not there.

Booking was easy and I would use easy rent cars again.
