Really good service，even for claim， faster and easy.

Language was a small problem when talking on the phone. Address for the return is incorrect on the website/confirmation for return, staff member did say to return to collection point but didn't emphasise that it was different to confirmation text. Also staff had no idea where closest petrol station was to refill prior to return....told to google it!

All good. Discount offers are in USD & I am in Australia so of no use!

location a bit far from airport but provide pickup and drop off. stuff was helpful and friendly. when pick up car have a minor issue, on the spot solve it. good. overall good to excellence.

Their response is bad. I tried to call them to ask for the photos ofthe damaged part at the back of the van because I forgot to take photos. They said that I have to send email. I didn’t get any responses until now.

You are charging more than the actual toll fee. Actual toll fee should be 13 but you charged me 38 including 15 of admin expense. Admin charge is fine but you should not charge extra for the toll fee like you are selling a coke.
