All good.

I booked a full-size car, but when I got to the store, the only option they had was a Chevy Cruze, which I didn't like. There were no other cars in the same category available, so they downgraded me to a Nissan Versa but still charged the same amount. Since I had prepaid through QEEQ, I couldn't get a refund for the price difference. It wasn't much of a difference anyway, so I didn't really mind. The car drove fine.

The experience was, generally, pretty pleasant. The counter staff were polite, although they pushed unnecessary extras too much for my liking, like additional insurance and bigger car. Having said that, the counter staff did say, "Go and look at the car and if you want to come back and upgrade, great", which was appreciated. The car (Nissan Altima) was OK. It was big enough and comfortable enough for our needs. It was reasonably economical and had no reliability issues. The drop off could not have been easier (except maybe for trying to find a petrol/gas station nearby!). It was, possibly, the easiest and slickest drop off I have experienced, which really helped reduce pre-flight home stress.

The process was very simple. The prices were reasonable. Documentation was easy to download and print, which really helps when planning a trip.
