You guys have to improve the staff members specially the young kid on the front desk.

First of all, I got had to wait over 1h to get the shuttle bus from the airport and I had to call three times to finnaly get picked up and once I got to the pickup location the young kid in the counter was so roud very and kep saying I have nothing else to do and that's all we have! So I booked a small sedan car but instead he gives me a pickup truck that use a lot of gaz I use to put 40$ a day just gaz and get over charged for the insurance.

The Car ordered was not available but an upgrade was offered at no fee. Cars were clean and new. Did not like that contract had miles per day usage but routes charges .50 per mile over 200 not the contracted amount. Service at routes was less than ideal.

The pick up guy never showed. I waited 60 minutes and just rented another car from someone else. Terrible service and will never use you again.

Overall good experience, the hour wait for the shuttle from airport to location was excessive. Also did not know I needed proof of my personal insurance in addition to the credit card auto insurance coverage I was using. Overall a good experience. I did witness the agent refusing people their rental because their arrival was supposed to be at 10am, they were delayed due to flights and they would not rent to them at 1500h. They actually took them back to the airport and refused to budge saying their rental contract had been closed! Fortunately, I was 30 minutes early, but that was also noted that I was early!

I had prepaid for a "Toyota Corolla or similar" vehicle at MCO for January 30, 2019. When I arrived at EasyRentCars MCO which had a large "Routes" sign outside, I was told that the only vehicle they had was a Jeep Rubicon. I asked if there was any alternative. The young woman staff member said "Yes, you have an alternative. You can leave and go back to the airport." Therefore I accepted the Jeep. On leaving the parking lot the vehicle made a terrible rumbling sound and the steering wheel shook. I returned and reported this to the same staff member. She said that this was due to the tires that were installed on this type of Jeep, and it was normal. When I reached my destination after 2.5 hours of freeway driving I saw that the front tires were almost bald. I therefore did not drive the car further. I called EasyRentCars at MCO and when I explained the situation they put me on hold and immediately hung up on me. When I called again I was put on hold for 15 minutes until I eventually hung up. I called the Customer Service number for Routes that I found though Google. "Kimmy" at Routes Ontario Customer Service was helpful and connected me to the manager "Kevin" (who I have previously been told was not in the office). He asked me to send photographs of the tires to him along with my phone number so he could contact me with a solution. Kevin did not call me. When I called again I was told that Kevin had left for the day. I was told that a replacement vehicle would be driven to my location in Jacksonville the next day. In the afternoon of the next day EasyRentCars delivered a new car to me. As the Rental Voucher states that the Car Supplier is Routes Car & Truck Rentals please help me!!

Dislike: TOUGH TO FINE WHERE TO GET SHUTTLE OFFICE WAS OVERWELMED, BUT I TOOK IT IN STRIDE CONSIDERING THE VOLUME AND CLIENTS IN FRONT OF ME.
