The service attitude was good, but the procedures took much longer compared to the Herz in San Francisco. Although we were given a car that had only driven a little over 5,000 miles, we found several noticeable scratches during the handover. The staff acknowledged our concerns, made a note, and signed it to avoid any unnecessary issues.
