Great rental experience.

Overall, I’m quite satisfied. The staff member was very patient. My English is poor, so I couldn’t communicate well. I used a translator, and he patiently typed in each word for me to translate. It seems he also had an accent, so it was understandable that I couldn't catch everything, haha. Even the translator couldn’t fully understand him, and we had to manually input words. The part that was unclear to me was about insurance options. After communicating for about 10 minutes, I roughly understood there were several insurance types: full coverage, partial coverage, and something more basic. In the end, I chose one for $35 with a $5,500 deductible. I suggest they create an advertisement leaflet to show customers directly—it would make things much simpler.

It's okay, but the office isn't inside the airport. You need to call them when you arrive.

The insurance protection offered still meant i had put down $1000 security deposit which would not have been the case had I taken insurance direct.

The car was dirty on the roof inside which wasn’t particularly nice. Otherwise all good.
