Easy reasonable

There was a bit of a wait to pick up the car, but the staff were still friendly.

I booked a Ford Escape or similar standard SUV, and the counter staff gave me a nearly new Dodge Journey with just under 8000 miles. The car matched the booking on QEEQ, and the counter staff only asked briefly about extra insurance, which I declined without any further push. Everything went smoothly except for a long queue since it was noon from Miami to San Francisco. There was no one-way fee in California, and the car exchange at the LA airport store was incredibly fast, taking less than 5 minutes.

Staff was plentiful, so queues were short, but the cars weren't very new.
