Car received was not as reserved

The staff at the rental company provided satisfying service! However, the car model we got was not the one we wanted.

There was no RAV4 available, so they arranged an XC90 for us. After seeing how big the car actually was, we requested a smaller one, and they gave us an XC60 instead. The car was very new, with only 10,000 kilometers on it and no scratches. It drove smoothly with plenty of power. It also had lane recognition and automatic steering correction. Ferry fees were not required upfront and were settled at the end. The car's license plate was registered for the Bridgestone parking lot, but payment was required by the user. Overall, it was very convenient and a great experience.

Choosing, booking, and picking up the car was very convenient and quick. The Toyota Yaris from Budget was a new car with just over 600 kilometers, and we drove it for 2100 kilometers over a 13-day rental period. The fuel consumption was about 4 liters per 100 kilometers, with fuel prices in Norway around 14 NOK per liter. This car was perfect for two people, especially for Norway's mountainous roads like the Eagle Road, Trollstigen, and the Atlantic Road. We give QEEQ and Budget a five-star rating.

Great attitude, very fast processing

It was just okay. You can see a small window as soon as you pick up your luggage at the airport.
