excellent experience

I was very satisfied with the entire rental process this time. It's much better than the previous experience with Hertz, which randomly charged extra fees. The car return process was also promptly inspected in person!

The staff was very nice. When we returned the car, he asked if we were heading to the train station and directly gave us a ride there. Much appreciated.

The staff provided excellent service and communicated very well in English. The entire process for both picking up and dropping off the car was clearly explained, and there were visual guides for those who may struggle with the language. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I will choose this company again next time, very efficient service

The car was quite damage and I was not very happy considering that I needed it for a wedding. Also I had a warning light about "changing the oil immediately" not ideal when We were going around Sicily. The wipes were terrible and they were not cleaning the screen at all. At some point I had to stop and buy some cloths and window cleaner because with the sun I was not able to see. The roof was playing up and in various time it stayed open.

Great platform, shame that our car was not that good.
