Overall good, but returning the car with a full tank was a bit strict, quite stingy!

The service was quite good, though they do try to sell additional services. There were some minor questions about the final credit card charge. Overall, not bad.

The car pickup was very convenient, located just across from the exit of Buffalo Airport. The service was excellent, and the pickup process was very quick. Returning the car was also straightforward; you simply drive to the parking area on the basement level. Since the parking attendant had already left, I parked the car and handed the keys to the front desk on the first floor, where there's always likely to be someone. The staff just asked a few questions about the car’s condition and fuel level, and it was done. It felt great!
