As this was a special holiday for the two of us we ordered a luxury vehicle. We were given a grand Cherokee with lots of scratches and dents. When we asked if this was meant to be in the luxury class. They just said “we haven’t got any luxury this is all there is!” Would NOT recommend Dollar to others, staff not very helpful.

Dollar is pretty good. First, the line is shorter compared to Hertz and Avis, and it's convenient for pickup and drop-off. However, as mentioned on the QEEQ website, they might recommend some unnecessary insurance. I was recommended to buy some, but later canceled it when I realized.
