The pick-up and drop-off locations were not as stated on the booking form.

The flight was delayed for over 5 hours. When we arrived, we took a shuttle bus directly to the rental car company from the airport. There weren't many people, and the paperwork was processed quickly. There were no excessive sales pitches, and the price matched what I had booked.

The representative kept pushing insurance even after multiple refusals and had a bad attitude.

Dislike: Some difficulty to find the car rental in Newark airport based on address given . Also , we were asked additional payment to be given the signal equipment in case of problem (red triangle etc) and I think this should be included
