Special mention to Adolph who made the car return effortless and seemed genuinely pleased that we had a great experience. He engaged in polite conversation asked how our holiday went and what we thought of the car. A star man and a credit to Budget.

“High expectations”

It was a great vehicle brand new only had 100 miles on it the sad thing is we were renting a vehicle to go to a beach house for a week when we pick the vehicle up I tell us how brand-new it is and that you can't have any pet hair or sand in the vehicle and if they find any you're going to have to pay $250 can you imagine my face if that moment when we're going on vacation to the beach and I'm taking my two little dogs with me I felt like I couldn't even do anything in this vehicle it really been the whole trip out not happy whatsoever:-(
