The original documents weren’t available, but we were able to pick up the car with photos. Overall, the experience was pretty good.

The service from East Coast is quite good, and the prices are very reasonable. It's much cheaper compared to major car rental companies.

The company staff are very friendly and patient. They provided airport shuttle service and gave us a map along with some sightseeing suggestions. The vehicle was spacious, an 8-seater, perfect for our group of 6 adults and a baby. The baby seat was installed in the middle with an adult on each side; it wasn't cramped at all. The trunk is very large, fitting 3 large suitcases and 2 small ones. The car was in great condition, having only 75,000 kilometers on it, practically a new car. My family was very satisfied.

For a change, i have rented car from East Coast car rental for the first time. It all was very smooth. Price was excellent to be honest. Car was in very good shape with no problem. One important issue for me also was that hiring car from Sydney while driving out of Sydney finds me to use short segment of toll roads, and compared with some other companies, who overcharge admin fee to sort this out, EastCoast charges only 3 Aud plus fee for the use of toll road, which is far superior to some hefty fees charged by other companies. Also, service desk sorted my rental within just few minutes on arrival, and similarly the check off on departure was more than smooth, it took close to no time. So overall, very happy with my first experience.
