Picking up and returning the car was very convenient and only took a few minutes.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The roadside assistance service was very efficient, and they covered all the costs incurred due to the vehicle fault.

Waited way too long to get the car which in a digital age is ridiculous. Things like driving licence etc can surely be scanned and sent in advance. No chance to review car condition. No one came with us to the car to check condition or to confirm where any existing knocks or scrapes. The result is them claiming an existing scrape was cause by me when we had absolutely no problems with the car. Furious. I have fully comp but that isn’t the point.
