They were out of the vehicle I had reserved, a small cargo van. Instead they offered me a brand spanking new, full size Transit van. More space than we needed and not as good gas mileage, but an unbeatable deal at $50/day. More than happy!

It took almost over an hour to get the car because such vehicles are rented less frequently and are kept in the main lot. Also, QEEQ's data is not prioritized by HERTZ, so the reserved vehicle was not transferred to the rental counter area.
