Good car, great service

The overall service was excellent. I chose full insurance on the platform, so there was no need to purchase extra insurance in-store. However, it's a bit disappointing that it's rare to get the reserved car model.

Large-scale and efficient.

It's very difficult to get through to MEX on the phone. Except for the airport branch staff, the parking lot attendants don't understand English at all. The pickup location is a bit far from the terminal parking lot, make sure to mark it on Google Maps after the shuttle drops you off, or you won't remember where to return the car. The car was just returned and given to another foreign customer without cleaning. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing that they don't check carefully.

Car was beat up. When we arrived at Los Cabos car was not available for pick up. Over three hours late. Compromised our day given delays and availability issues. No discount given. Staff was nice but company should have done more to offset our losses and add costs.
