Very happy. They gave us an upgrade and there were no problems with the drop off.

Easy to find within Rome Termini station, good service. Insurance is recommended but not mandatory, no further sales pushes after refusal.

Qeeq booking did not explain the outside insurance coverage. At the pickup counter, the representative wanted to sell me the same insurance I had previously purchased online. I ask why do I need additional insurance since I already purchased it online. He said that it was a 3rd party insurance and they have no control over it. Additionally, because I didn't purchase it at the counter, I was asked to leave a $2,000USD as deposit.

The car was as promised. Service at the counter was good and quick. The only problem was that I had problems with the shuttle from the airport to the OK-Mobility location. The shuttle driver didn't agree to take me and it took a long time to get there, maybe an hour or so. It would have been helpful to have their phone number. But once at their location, service was excellent.

Booking was relatively easy. Price protector didn't work for me but maybe priced didn't go down.

Their only solution for a ruptured tyre was to ask me to drive 400km each direction to replace a car !!!
