Waited an hour and 45 minutes at check in, and then waited 45 minutes for a car. And I didn't get the car class that I asked for. I specifically asked for a compact and they gave me an SUV. Horrific experience.

I had to wait a little longer because of high demand on the day of rental, but it was well worth it as I got a good car in a very good condition and was very well cleaned up, ready for my vacation road trip.
