Waited an hour and 45 minutes at check in, and then waited 45 minutes for a car. And I didn't get the car class that I asked for. I specifically asked for a compact and they gave me an SUV. Horrific experience.

“Scammed and charged for insurance. Did not receive the car category booked.”

1. They didn't have the car I booked and gave me a lower category car 2. The person at the counter charged me $280 USD for insurance after being specifically told twice that I don't need it or want it. He said it's for a deposit and charged me. 3. The person at the pickup counter kept asking for all kinds of random documents which I've never had to give in my 10+ years of renting cars all over the world.
