The service process was very organized. There was hardly any queue. The rental company recommended the EZPass in-state toll package, but it turned out to be unnecessary. We didn't travel that much, and part of it was out-of-state tolls not covered by the package. If you don't choose this package, you might actually spend less.

The staff were very patient and the recommended additional options were quite practical. Pickup was very convenient with a good selection of vehicles, all in excellent condition. Overall, very satisfied.
