Chose the rental company's full insurance. At the store, there was no upselling—just a question about whether to return with a full tank or buy a tank of fuel. Both pickup and drop-off were quick, and the shuttle runs every five minutes.

Although this car is a compact model, it is very easy to drive, accelerates quickly, and is fuel-efficient. This is my third time renting from Hertz.

A lot of car models to choose from, even the compact series had regular sedans. I chose a Ford. It had a backup camera and other features. Very nice.

I like their staff! This is the second time I visit here. I book cars every weekend in Boston. I just like their staff and service.

Price keep raising

They didn’t have a car for us after we reserved it and had a waiting list of over 10 people for cars they didn’t have. I found a car at a different store and the guy tells me , we have to offer it to the first in line. I told them I found the car and they wouldn’t book it so we left and went to enterprise and they were wonderful!! Never use hertz again!!
