Rented during the off-season, no waiting required, completed the formalities and picked up the car immediately. The car was not the model I reserved and was slightly smaller than expected. When returning the car, there was no staff in the office area, had to call someone to come and complete the return.

The Zakynthos airport is likely building various rental kiosks. They wait with signs at the airport exit, which is convenient. Their current store is just to the left of the airport exit with a clearly marked sign. The process is convenient, although I'm slightly disappointed I couldn't choose the car myself. For mountain roads, a powerful car is better.

Picking up the car across from Mykonos airport was very convenient. We were supposed to return the car at the airport, but since we left by boat, Europcar staff kindly picked it up at the harbor. The service was very considerate.

No Europcar desk at the airport. It took 2 phone calls to figure out who the Europcar associate was. Although agreement was for a car pick up with a full tank, the tank was 3/4 full. No instructions were given by the Europcar associate about drop off. I had to make one more phone call. The airport facilities are extremely poor and so is the on site service of Europcar.
