The car I booked was not available, even though there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS because of the coronavirus. And most other suitable cars were NOT AVAILABLE. Finally we were given a Ford Focus which was covered in scratches and damage. This was not a problem for me but led to some misunderstanding when I returned the car.

Budget staff were brilliant and made the whole process so simple an efficient. No problems on the return, the operative asked if there were any problems checked over the car and ensured the tank was full and I was on my way, as quick as that. I shall choose Budget again.

all went according to plan and EasyRentCars took the stress out of finding the best deal. Will use them again.

Used budget loads of times and always been happy with the service and vehicle. Unfortunately this time the car window had been left slightly open, the car wasn't overly clean and was parked touching another car. Not the usual standard

Dislike: Query over insurance. ...does anyone every know how much they are insured ....very confusing. .all companies
