The shuttle bus from the airport to the rental car company was caught in traffic for about 20 minutes. On-site waiting time was about 30 minutes, as there were only a few open counters. After completing the paperwork, there was an additional 15-minute wait for car pickup. Overall, Los Angeles has a high demand for rental cars, and there were many people renting cars.

Overall satisfactory, but the sales representative was not aware that we had already purchased full insurance through QEEQ and still tried hard to sell us additional insurance, even asking the platform staff to call him! Luckily, I firmly explained that we already had full insurance, which was not visible in their system, and the sales representative relented. At the car lot, you can choose your vehicle yourself, though it may not be the exact model you had in mind; it will be from the same series. We ended up with a Nissan mid-sized car, which performed well and was easy to drive!

Overall satisfied, but the car pickup process was a bit vague—the staff just marked an area on the paper and wasn't very clear. Later, I figured out that I could pick any car from that area. Additionally, leaving the garage at night was particularly slow.

The entire car rental process took about an hour. They tried to upsell a full tank of gas, but no additional insurance. Upon request, they specifically brought out a Suburban for us. It was a 2015 model with 20,000 miles. The service was indeed very good. Returning the car at San Francisco Airport was very convenient.
