This car is really worn out. I thought it must be at least 10 years old, but then I saw the key and it’s a 2022 model. Shocking!! I can't even upload a photo?!

The process was convenient and fast, and the car was in good condition. However, as a first-time renter, I was persuaded to pay extra for a vehicle upgrade, which was completely unnecessary since there was no significant difference between the original model and the upgraded one.

We chose a service at the store that allows returning the car without a full tank, which saves time. However, we found out that the remaining fuel is non-refundable. We can accept this, but it would be better if it was mentioned online.
