It was my first time doing a self-drive trip in the US, and I was worried that renting a car might be complicated, but it turned out to be very simple. They mentioned the car we selected wasn’t available, so they gave us a Jeep. Since the Jeep was a bit old, we requested a change, and the process was very casual and easy. Overall, the first impression was excellent.

The reserved car model was unavailable, so it was replaced with an SUV, but the power was lacking, making uphill driving and acceleration slow.

Simple and efficient. When booking the car, I initially set the return location to San Francisco, but later changed it to Los Angeles for free after a phone call. Thumbs up!

Booked Chrysler Pacifica, got dodge caravan instead. The interior of the car was dirty and oil change indicator was on.
