Although my English is not very good, using translation software was no problem. The staff were very patient and explained all the fees clearly. I chose the full-to-empty fuel policy. Especially during the return process, I accidentally drove into the departure parking area instead of the arrival parking lot where I was supposed to return the car. The parking area was too large, and I couldn't find my way to the correct spot. Fortunately, a staff member kindly assisted me in driving the car to the return location. Very nice! Returning the car was very convenient—just handed it over to the staff. The deposit was released quickly, much faster than the one-month wait they mentioned earlier. The car was in great condition, and I recommend bringing an iPhone to use CarPlay navigation and a phone holder. Overall, it was a great experience.

Overall satisfied, except the staff refused to help (or teach) how to install a baby seat, which was a bit frustrating. They said it’s explicitly not included, but spending over half an hour trying to figure it out ourselves in the parking lot was quite uncomfortable.

Forgot my bag in the car during return, the staff immediately helped retrieve it! Very grateful!

Barely any queues, very smooth process

Car was great, pick up location very easy. Very quick process. The only negative comment is about the staff at the counter during pick up. Not professional and not helpful.
