Too few airport shuttle buses to pick up and drop off customers. Waited 15 minutes at Los Angeles airport for the bus to arrive, while other companies had more buses. After returning the car in San Francisco, there was no shuttle bus available at all.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
