“Great vehicle and seamless pick-up/drop off process”

Service at pick-up was great. We realised the vehicle we had booked was a little small for the amount of luggage we had however we were quickly upgraded to a larger vehicle which cost around $20 extra per day. Very easy process and made such a difference.

“Don’t do it.”

Enterprise made us go to an entirely different city to get our car when the documents said pick up at airport. It was totally unacceptable and the agent was very rude. Upon return the agent did give us a $50. Refund for the poor service we received.

Like: I got a differernt car than I reserved, but it was excellent. The people were very friendly.
Dislike: I did not like paying for a taxi to take us to the other lot. Why cant Enterprise run a shuttle to the lot or pay for the taxi fee?

Like: The guy helping me was very informative, he had quite a lot of cars available and let me pick.
Dislike: That I couldn't use my debit card, that's annoying. Specially if I am a returning customer over and over again.
