The Alamo staff were very friendly, and I picked up the car directly with my driver's license. The Ford Escape I rented was unavailable, so they gave me a free upgrade to a Chevrolet Equinox. The car's condition was good, with over 20,000 kilometers, and it was very spacious, although the power was just average.
