The staff put a lot of effort into upselling insurance, which was a bit unpleasant. However, returning the car went smoothly with no issues. If you're opting for basic insurance, make sure to inspect the car carefully. If you're unfamiliar with the area, it's better to get full coverage since car repairs in Australia can be costly.

East Coast Car Rentals is quite large and professional, with friendly staff. It was likely off-peak season when I visited, so there were no queues for picking up or returning the car.

The car was in excellent condition and the price was affordable. They even helped extend the rental period. The rental and return process was very simple. Extremely satisfied.
