The car pickup point is right outside the train station with clear signs, making it very convenient. After registering, you walk 200 meters to the garage, get the car and leave by swiping a card. The return is at the same location; instead of using a card, you enter a code provided earlier and the car is inspected on the spot. What I was unhappy about was the car model change. Despite speaking both French and English, what could I do if they didn't have the car I booked? They gave me a brand new Mercedes for extra money, which nullified the advantages of booking through QEEQ. I might as well have booked directly on a foreign website. the straff try to selll the insurance eventhough i already bought AXE insurance on Easyrentcars.com She said AXE insurance on Easyrentcars.com that i bought not cover the car. I so confused but luckily i notice the messege "You've purchased insurances insured by AXA as noted above. We kindly remind you to avoid buying duplicated insurances at the counter" So i did not buy. The problem about Europcar at Marseiille Station is the straff forgot to give me the parking ticket code. So i can not exit the car park. my friend need to run to the counter to ask about the parking code. And the problem about drop off Nimes Station is the Location is not clear. It's only show "Nimes downtown 1 RUE SAINT FELICITE" So i think it's outside the station but actually it's inside Nimes Station -2 Level. Hard to find. But i got Upgrade Car. Big Space. I'm happy

Because Geneva is on the border of Switzerland and France there are two drop off locations, which are not very clear at the airport. We eventually found one but it was on the Swiss side and were told that they would charge use CHF 300 to transfer it to the French side. Following direction on a bad map we were given we eventually found the correct one about an hour later!

They overcharged us - instead of booking our car for 2 days they invoiced us for 3 days. And charged us EUR 120 extra for insurance and fuel!
