Good service

The service was not excessive but quite adequate.

Remember to bring an international driving permit when renting a car; without it, the rental location might refuse to rent to you. It might be possible at the airport. QEEQ's customer service said the permit needs to be mailed, but you can actually do it online and just print it out.

The company is reputable, and the car condition is good.

The store is near Ontario Airport, and there is a free shuttle bus. Upon arrival, I found that the store is in a hall where various rental companies are located. Each company's logo is very prominent and easy to find.
