At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

Toyota RAV4, the vehicle is very new, with just over 14,000 miles. A very good car rental company, quick pick-up and drop-off processes, very efficient. Will definitely choose Alamo's car rental service again if I have the chance.
