The staff were quite efficient, but there was an issue with the insurance I had already purchased when placing the rental order. Avis couldn't find it in their system and asked me again if I needed to buy insurance. I repeatedly emphasized that I had already purchased it, but they claimed it was invalid. Eventually, I contacted customer service to communicate with them, and then they said they were not asking me to purchase again. I found this very confusing since they clearly told me they couldn't find the policy and even promoted the insurance prices for that day. Anyway, I didn't repurchase it in the end. Currently, my deposit hasn't been refunded yet, and I'm waiting for the process to be completed.

It was great. Since we were a group of five, we booked a large car. The Volvo we reserved wasn’t available, so we got a Peugeot 408 sport model instead. It worked out fine as it was also a new car. The rental company's location is excellent! It's right inside the train station, very easy to find! The car we got was also upgraded. Overall, self-driving in southern France was fantastic.

Pretty good

Although finding the pickup location in France took a lot of effort, as the Google Maps location was somewhat inaccurate, and the pickup point was not by the street but on an uphill road, making it hard to find, the company's service was still acceptable.
