The airport shuttle takes only 5 minutes to the rental company. The process on site is quick, just pick a car and go. Returning the car is even more convenient. Just drive in (with a full tank), and the inspection takes just a few minutes. Very convenient.

Alamo makes car rental very convenient. The self-service pickup is very quick. During the ten-plus days of using the car, I scratched the left bumper and the trunk in two small places. When returning the car, I informed the staff, who told us it was not a big deal. The return process was also very straightforward; they just took a quick look at the car, and we were done.

The service was good, but they kept trying to sell me roadside assistance insurance.

Found the desk staff treated me like just another number and did not care. Choice of cars was excellent.
