Excellent experience. The staff confirmed that insurance was purchased with no upselling at all. You can freely choose any available vehicle in the designated area! The cars are very new, and the keys are inside, so you can just drive off.

Both pickup and drop-off were very quick. We delayed the car pickup by two hours and correspondingly extended the drop-off, and there were no extra charges. After clarifying the unclear fees, we were not forced to buy insurance. Very professional. When inquiring about a children's booster seat, the customer service was very patient in telling us where to buy one. Great service.

I was pushed hard to take extra insurane that I did not need and they got me to pay for a full tank more money that I pay at pumbing stations in LA.

Like: I liked being able to rent a Jeep Wrangler.
Dislike: Took way too long to pickup car.
