Good and convenient

Both pick-up and drop-off processes are quite convenient, there is no pressure to purchase insurance, and there is a good selection of vehicle models.

I arrived early, 2.5 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. With my limited English, I managed to complete the rental process with the help of an African American guy at the counter. Since I was early, the reserved car wasn't back yet. They switched me to a car of the same class. The picture showed a Nissan, but I couldn't find a Nissan in the lot. When I asked the staff, he casually pointed to the area and said I could pick any car I liked. How generous! When returning the car, I drove to the designated spot where a white guy scanned the rental code, checked the gas and mileage, printed a receipt from his device, and everything was done in just 3 minutes. Quick and easy.

Getting the car through a self-service machine was very quick. During the trip, the car prompted for an oil change, and we easily swapped it for another one at a different location. Alamo staff were very nice and the process was quick. When returning the car, the staff just asked if everything was okay. After confirming, we left the keys and received the bill, which was very fast. Highly commendable.

The car was very new and the service was great.
