Overall, it was okay. The first time, they didn't agree to change the car when the oil change light was on. The second time, they replaced the car because the windshield was damaged. When we returned the car, we paid, but the system showed we used the car for an extra day. We are still negotiating.

The hall was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very professional.

Limited selection of compact cars

The whole process of collecting the car is very smooth and the counter staff is able to explain very clearly on the terms and conditions.
