Very good, the process was clear and there was no upselling of additional insurance.

The service was very good, but there was no clear queueing system. Fortunately, it wasn't crowded that day, so it wasn't inconvenient.

Hertz is after all a big company with many customers. I arrived at the store at 7:20 AM and there were already two customers in line. Fortunately, the store is big enough to accommodate three customers at the same time. The staff patiently explained the entire rental process and showed no dissatisfaction when I declined the recommended options. They even personally directed me to the window to demonstrate how to pick up the car at the parking building across the street. Very thoughtful. Thumbs up!!

There were long lines, and it took an hour to get the car. There were four staff members available, but some took a long time to serve each customer. The car was freshly washed and clean. Returning the car was quick as they only checked the fuel level. The brakes made a strange noise on the second day, which affected our mood a bit. We later had someone check it and they said it wasn't a big issue. For longer trips, it might be better to rent an SUV for peace of mind.
