The car was decent, with a mileage of 40,000 kilometers. However, the windshield had two cracks caused by stones that were not repaired, slightly affecting visibility while driving. The steering felt a bit loose, which wasn't ideal given the narrow roads and gravel paths typical in Tasmania. The staff at the rental office were quite diligent and patient. I purchased full insurance from the rental company, and there were no pre-authorizations or deposits. They charged 300 AUD for insurance, and I was able to drive away immediately.

Extremely satisfied; the staff were very warm and welcoming, provided clear explanations, and the pick-up and drop-off procedures were simple and quick.

Convenient and fast.

Hired a car. All good but had to discuss a pre-existing scuff not recorded on the outbound condition report. It is vital to check condition thoroughly, especially if it’s dark on pick up.
