Very quick service, and I got the car I wanted. Returning the car was especially simple! Great!

Overall, it was pretty good. Initially, I was given a Santa Fe when picking up the car. I requested a different car and they handed me two Dodge keys, which I declined as it should have been a Kuwei. Just when I was about to take the Santa Fe, a staff member brought back a freshly washed Grand Cherokee. I took it without hesitation and had a great ride. The staff was not impatient at all. Thumbs up!

There is a light rail directly from San Francisco Airport to the car rental station, and the counter is just downstairs; very convenient.

The company doesn’t have many branches, but the one at the airport is large and convenient. As long as you don’t return the car at a different location, it’s totally fine. The cars are new and the process is simple.
