It's okay, but the efficiency is low. I had to wait quite a while from the counter to picking up the car.

The service process was very organized. There was hardly any queue. The rental company recommended the EZPass in-state toll package, but it turned out to be unnecessary. We didn't travel that much, and part of it was out-of-state tolls not covered by the package. If you don't choose this package, you might actually spend less.
