Very satisfied, no sales pitches! However, the invoice wasn't sent after returning the car. They promised it would be sent within half an hour but it hasn't arrived yet.

Taking the tram to the car rental location at San Francisco Airport was very convenient.

the car had no power, it went backwards on the slopes despite being automatic. they delivered it to me without gasoline and at the time of returning it they wanted to charge me a surplus of 175 dollars to return it with the empty tank. Luckily I had the receipt that I put gas on it as soon as I picked it up at a gas station near the airport. They treated me badly on the dollar counter.

It was perfect!!!

They didn't accept prepaid credit cards which was extremely frustrating.
