As expected from a top-ranked company, both pick-up and drop-off were very professional. Hertz includes full insurance, which is very convenient!

The car was great. I booked a Toyota Corolla but received a Nissan Qashqai instead, which was very satisfying. However, the AUD 60 airport tax for picking up the car almost doubled the rental cost. That wasn't pleasant, but it's not Hertz's fault!

what's a terrible experience with Hertz. The staff is not helpful and not professional at all. They just left the car which was in poor conditions. We insisted to ask for another car but we had waited over one hour to get the car. During our waiting, I approached Hertz staff to ask for the status but their response was one of bored indifference.
