There were some minor issues at the time of pickup. The reserved Grand Cherokee was not provided; the staff mentioned that in the US, the Grand Cherokee comes with navigation, and we needed to pay to upgrade. The models offered were all compact SUVs, which did not match my reservation. After some back and forth, a staff member kindly brought us a Grand Cherokee, ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable trip in the US.

Easy to find, big storefront.

After arriving at Los Angeles Airport, we waited for the shuttle bus to the rental office. The driver even helped with the luggage. It took about ten minutes, very convenient.

It's my second time renting from Alamo. I just asked if I needed a GPS, signed the contract, and picked up the car.

There is a shuttle bus, and it takes about 15 minutes to get there.
