The service staff who attended to us were very warm and patient. We bought additional insurance from the rental company, and our language skills weren't very good. Worried we hadn't communicated clearly, we asked many detailed questions. The staff patiently answered all our queries.

Like: Efficient and friendly staff, great vehicle
Dislike: No parking spaces available during early morning (5:50am) drop off. No real problem - had to double park outside Europcar rental office
