The rental company staff was very nice. I asked if we could get an SUV since we had a lot of luggage. He searched for a while and finally found one for us.

First time renting a car, the staff at the counter were very patient in explaining the details. The car was in excellent condition, very clean both inside and outside. The engine runs smoothly.

Overall, very satisfied.

Hertz staff at the airport were awful. Refused to speak English. Very rude. Didn't give us any information or speak to us or tell us where the car was even. Just demanded the credit card then shoved a piece of paper at us. When i asked where the car was she just waved outside. Awful lady. Car also filthy outside.

Booking process good. Price fair. Nothing negative to say about easy rental cars
