Great service, immediate processing, no waiting

Overall, it was okay. The first time, they didn't agree to change the car when the oil change light was on. The second time, they replaced the car because the windshield was damaged. When we returned the car, we paid, but the system showed we used the car for an extra day. We are still negotiating.

Renting and returning the car with Alamo was very convenient. The procedures were simple, there were many vehicles to choose from, and the condition of the car was excellent. A very good car rental experience.

1. The airport shuttle vehicles are convenient and easy to identify, which is great for first-time visitors to the US. There are pickup points at every exit. 2. The pick-up and drop-off procedures are straightforward. Picking up the car took about 15 minutes due to some questions about options, but once done, we headed out to pick up the car and left. For drop-off, we drove to the inspection area. Although it was 8 PM and there were queues, there were many inspectors and the process was quick, with the inspection and receipt printed within 2 minutes. No further waiting was needed.
